our creative process

Over the years we have documented countless weddings and events, archiving love and family legacy for a lifetime. Our creative team takes wedding productions very seriously. This isn’t a commercial production where you have a chance to reshoot the scene. You only get one chance to capture the perfect moment to remember for a lifetime.

Through the years of professionally documenting weddings, we have perfected a 3 step creative process. From step one to three you will be informed and met with a 5 star video and photography product at the end of the process. 

Discover

First we take the time to carefully evaluate all the specific details of your wedding or event shoot. We discover what footage you need, which moments to highlight, what style of art direction we will take, as well as scheduling the photo or video shoot logistics around the event parameters. 

Shoot

On the event day, our Creative Director on set will communicate closely with your designated point of contact to coordinate the production in an organized manner. That designated POC will work with the CD to ensure the day flows smoothly, and helps keep the shoot on track.

edit

After documenting your wedding or event, we upload all the footage to our servers and begin the first stage of the editing process. The entire editing process can take up to 60 days. We offer expedited editing for weddings and events when you bundle any photography and videography package together. 

Wedding + events FAQ

We realize when planning a wedding or event that budget is one of the main factors. This is why we offer a bundled service discount! When you bundle any wedding videography and wedding photography price package together, we shave off 10% of the total cost to save you money! The same goes for our event videography and event photography price packages as well- bundle any two packages and save! 

At GoLive Tampa Bay you have two options to pay for your media services: either in full, or 50% down upon booking the service and the remaining 50% on or before the day of the scheduled shoot. 

In most cases we can deliver your wedding or event video and photos within 30 days. When the studio is in peak event and wedding season it can take up to 8 weeks. However we typically we deliver the product with in 30 days! 

Our local video production studio is conveniently located in Downtown New Port Richey at 5745 Main St, Suite 203, New Port Richey Florida, 34652. 

Our office hours are Monday through Friday 9 A.M. to 5 P.M. We are available via Zoom or to meet at our local studio. 

All wedding and event media packages include travel up to 100 miles from the studio. Anything over 100 miles will be discussed with your managing producer. 

GoLive Tampa Bay will shoot and edit your HD video in 1080p. This is HD resolution and the standard HD rate for most videos. If you would like a 4K video please specify and we can advise you on the 4k up-charge that comes with this video resolution. Unless you plan on playing this wedding video on a movie screen in a theatre, then we would not recommend the extra expense. All though we do offer it if you must have it! 

At GoLive Tampa Bay we believe that drone footage adds a cinematic value to any video production, that is unrivaled by other camera angles.

 

If we can capture drone footage and it is safe for a Part 107 Drone Pilot to fly, the answer is YES. If the weather is bad or the production environment is not conducive to operating a drone safely, then the answer is no.
